Following on from their strident opinion piece published in The Guardian, architect Sir David Chipperfield and Finn Williams, CEO, from Public Practice enjoyed a robust conversation during the Festival of Place with associates Lucila Sampaoli, Croydon Council, Peter Croft, Dartford Borough Council, Tamara Kahn, Tower Hamlets and Zahra Haider, Enfield Council to discuss the government’s proposed deregulation of the planning system and how this threatens to diminish the standard of housing, infrastructure and the environment. "Planning is part of the solution and we need more of it." Their conversation is followed by a Q&A with the audience.
