The Communities & Housing Investment Consortium (CHIC) is seeking to establish a multi-disciplinary consultancy framework that can be accessed by existing and future CHIC members, providing national coverage across the United Kingdom. Suppliers can identify specific regions where they are able to provide services.

CHIC is acting as a Centralised Procurement Authority for its members, who can use the framework to procure support at any project stage from inception to post-completion. This may cover planned works programmes, individual contracts, or ad-hoc projects arising during the framework term.

The framework explicitly welcomes small and medium-sized enterprises and voluntary, community and social enterprises, with no maximum limit on the number of suppliers that can be appointed. CHIC will charge a maximum management fee of 4% to suppliers.

Tenders will be evaluated on Quality (50%), Price (40%), and Social Value (10%). The submission deadline is 18 March 2026, with framework award decisions expected by 29 May 2026.

Full tender documentation and submission details are available via CHIC’s procurement portal. Enquiries must be submitted by 11 March 2026.
