Ceredigion County Council seek consultant for potential development of two sites

Two sites in Llandysul, the popular Welsh market town along the River Teifi, have been spotlighted as potential point of development by Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council.

Each site will require a design-led feasibility study from a qualified consultant. 

As a popular town for fishing and whitewater rafting, tourists flock for the tranquil environment and selection of beautiful walks. The design concepts should consider these aspects to explore a range of potential uses that have a positive impact on the community and are economically viable.
