Our flagship annual conference on 10 June 2026, which brings together professionals working pan-industry in urban regeneration, place-based impact investing, social impact, climate resilience, community engagement, design and development. With its relaxed, festival atmosphere with multiple stages, walking tours, workshops and happenings, the Festival of Place will spark your creativity and make learning and networking fun and inspiring for the whole team.

First keynote speakers announced:

This year’s festival features an Olympic cyclist and a bestselling author. Plus a Scottish Greens Councillor, Glasgow who led the campaign for the UK’s first feminist city.

Themes include climate resilience, social impact, urban health, spatial justice, place-based impact investing, the just transition, feminist planning, inclusive design and building quality and affordable homes.
