Walsall Housing Group seeks market engagement on procurement approach to delivering homes

Walsall Housing Group Limited (WHG) seeks preliminary market engagement on their procurement approach and framework agreement for delivering homes.

The housing will be delivered across WHG’s portfolio of small and underutilised sites which include 300+ garage sites, infill land-parcels, low-demand parking areas and ageing flats. The pipeline of land suggests that 50% of the sites could be developed to create 400-600 new homes.

The framework agreement seeks to establish a process by which the projects will be awarded over the next couple of years.  

An initial supplier briefing session will be held at WHG’s office located at 100 Hatherton Street, Walsall, WS1 1AB, on Wednesday, 15 July 2026 from 16:00 - 18:00.
