Derry City and Strabane District Council seeks multi-disciplinary team for development of a play park
The designated team will need to complete delivery from RIBA Stage 0 to final handover [Deadline 17 July 2026]
Derry City and Strabane District Council seeks a multi-disciplinary, fully integrated consultant team led by quantity surveyor; NEC 4 project manager; civil engineer; structural engineer or landscape architect for the development of a play park.
The council has invested £832,000 into the play park which connects with adjoining land also undergoing transformation to create a modern sports centre. The Ballymagroarty Hazelbank Community Partnership received £1.266m in funding in June 2026 from the Pride in Place UK programme alongside the play park.
